Thanksgiving Brunch at Old Hickory Steakhouse

Old Hickory Steakhouse offers a sophisticated spin on home-cooked classics, featuring an upscale Brunch selection of more than 50 items. 

A few of the more exotic choices in 2007 included sautéed wild mushrooms-crusted ostrich medallions with coconut-milk polenta; pan-seared beef medallion and foie gras with a parmentier potato and Swiss chard; stuffed jumbo shrimp with crabmeat, tomato confit and basil beurre blanc; oven-baked Florida red snapper with a corn sabayon and fried leeks.  Breakfast options included made-to-order omelets and traditional eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce and potato gratin. 

For holiday traditionalists, Chef Paul Player and his team featured Old Hickory-style hand-carved turkey and stuffing.

Thanksgiving Brunch at Old Hickory Steakhouse will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Price and menu for 2008 are TBD.
