| Description: | The story is based on the classic fairytale story of a Nutcracker toy soldier that comes to life as an enchanted prince and saves a pretty young maiden, Maria, from distress. The Prince takes Maria through a magical journey to the kingdom of “The Land of Sweets.” There they are greeted by the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Cavaliers who pay tribute and honor Maria with a festive celebration of dance. Enjoy the dazzling sights and cherished music of this traditional holiday experience. With the choreography of Vasile Pertrutiu and artistic direction of Vladimir Bicov.
